The Great Divide
During the summer of 2020, I embarked on a solo 1,400-mile bikepacking journey from northern Montana to Boulder, Colorado along the Great Divide Mountain Bike Route. The inspiration for this illustration came from a photo I took along that journey, where I’d stopped at a reservoir to watch a nearby nest of Osprey for a while.
